“Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee,
that it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah.”
Psalms 60:4

Dr. Phil Spears
Chief Bishop 1998-Present
Fourth Part Tucked In The Hem Ezek 5:3 Fulfilled
Third Continuation 1996 Bishop Voy M. Bullen appointed Danny Patrick to office of presiding Bishop bringing the Church Pattern into the hands of the Judges as is recorded in Judges 1:1-26 and 2:1-23. After the fulfillment of this time, according to the prophecy of God’s word, the daughter of Zion (the Gentile church) would go even unto Babylon and there she would be delivered.
On April 25th, 1998 (Zion Delivered) we met for a Solemn General Assembly, The Church of God split between two of the original charters the third part Bishop Danny Patrick and the fourth part Chief Bishop Phil Spears with the original charter was set forth & inaugurated as Chief Bishop by the original council and God anointed him by the hands of Bishop Frank Spears (deceased), Bishop Bruce Mooney still a living member of the Church and by the hands of the original council (The 12), after much prayer and study of the Holy Scriptures. It became evident that many had left the vision of the church at Pentecost & became entangled in the doctrines & dogmas of manmade ministries & were satisfied with just having a form of godliness.
The Church of God continued its success under the leadership of Brother Spears. His leadership oversaw the expansion of the Headquarters, an investment in using modern technology for ministry via mediums like the Internet and live streaming, and the renewal of the marking program of the Prophecy Marker Association
Bishop Phil Spears continued to lead The Church of God and led a reformation to return to God’s pattern of Theocratic Government – with an appointed leader, 12 apostles, 72 Prophets, 4 elders, two witnesses and the 7 Men of Wisdom. thousands made a decision to stand with him and his convictions.
In 2023, a seven-acre tract of land was purchased in Sunbright, Tennessee and became known as Zion's Field. He also introduced the concept of “New Testament Judaism” to the church as a restoration of the Judaic Heritage of first century Christianity.
Details of the future are, of course, unknown, but the prophecy of God is clear concerning the Church. The hour is late, but the brightness of the “arise, shine” lies just ahead. Without a doubt, perfection will be obtained, for it has already been declared of the Church that Christ will “…present it unto himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish” (Ephesians 5:27; see also Revelations 19:6-9).
Matthew 12:42.
The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
