The Church of God is committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and fairness. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services or products purchased directly from us.

1. Donations

All donations made to The Church of God are final and non-refundable. Donations are voluntary gifts used to support the ministry, outreach efforts, and operational needs of the church. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided.

2. Church Services, Events, and Registrations

Refunds for paid church services, conferences, seminars, registrations, or special events may be considered under the following conditions:

• A written request is submitted within 7 days of purchase, and

• The event or service has not yet occurred, and

• No materials or digital content associated with the service have been accessed or delivered.

Approved refunds may be subject to reasonable processing or administrative fees.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Missed events or services

• Cancellations made after the event has started or concluded

• Digital content that has already been delivered or accessed

3. Products Sold Directly by The Church of God

If physical or digital products are sold directly by The Church of God:

• Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Third-Party Products and Services

The Church of God is not responsible for refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services provided by third-party vendors, partners, or external platforms. All such purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective provider.
